Shipping & Delivery Policy
We proudly ship our products to most countries around the world. While we aim to deliver within the estimated time frames, please note that occasional delays may occur due to third-party carriers. Rest assured, we will work closely with our shipping partners to ensure your order reaches you as promptly as possible.
Tracking Information:
You will receive a tracking number within 24–72 hours after your order is confirmed, allowing you to monitor your package throughout its journey. While we work diligently to ensure timely delivery, external factors such as customs, weather, or courier disruptions may occasionally cause delays. In rare cases, additional fees may apply, but our team will assist and keep you informed every step of the way.
Order Processing Time:
Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. In rare circumstances, unforeseen issues or high order volumes may extend processing times. We will communicate any significant delays as soon as possible. Estimated delivery times are approximately 6–10 business days for United States orders and 6–11 business days for international orders.
Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees, as customs delays, logistics issues, or holiday periods may impact delivery schedules.
Failed Deliveries & Undeliverable Packages:
If a delivery attempt fails or a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, customers are responsible for covering the reshipping cost. If you choose not to reship, no refund will be issued, and Berkly Lane will not be held liable for the loss of goods.
Customs and Duties:
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to their order. These costs are not included in shipping fees or purchase prices and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Order Amendments:
If you need to amend your order after it has been placed but before it has shipped, please contact us immediately at Support@Berkleylane.com. While we will make every effort to accommodate changes, adjustments may not always be possible once the order has entered processing.
P.O. Box Deliveries:
We can ship to P.O. Boxes, although certain carriers may have limitations or restrictions.
Delivery to Remote Areas:
Shipments to remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time or incur extra charges.
Delivery to Military Addresses:
We ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. Please note that delivery times to military addresses are often longer than standard shipments.
Holiday Shipping:
During holidays or other peak shopping periods, processing and shipping times may be extended. We encourage customers to plan ahead and place orders early during these periods.
Accuracy of Shipping Information:
Please ensure that your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Berkly Lane is not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate address information. Refunds will not be provided for packages returned due to incorrect addresses. If you notice an error before your order has shipped, please contact us at support@berklylane.com. While a refund is not available, we may be able to arrange reshipment at a discounted rate.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once a package has been confirmed as delivered by the carrier, Berkly Lane is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that your delivery location is secure. If a package is lost in transit before delivery is confirmed, you may file a claim with the carrier, and we will provide the documentation needed to assist in the process.
Signature on Delivery:
For security purposes, we may require a signature upon delivery for higher-value orders.
International Shipping Restrictions:
Some countries or regions may have restrictions that prevent us from shipping to certain destinations. If your location is not supported, we will notify you promptly.
Shipping Insurance:
We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items to protect against loss or damage during transit.
Customer Responsibilities:
Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipments using the provided tracking number, following up with their local postal service when necessary, and ensuring their delivery address is safe and secure. Berkly Lane cannot be held responsible for theft, loss, or damage once a package is confirmed as delivered.
