Returns & Refunds Policy
At Berkly Lane, we want every customer to enjoy their shopping experience with us. While we stand behind the quality of our products, we understand there may be circumstances where a return or exchange is requested. The following policy is designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and efficiency for all customers.

Return Window:
Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. All items must be returned in unused condition, with original packaging and tags intact. This 14-day window is strictly enforced to maintain consistency and efficiency in our operations.

Exchanges / Does Not Fit Right:
We understand that sizing may vary. If your item does not fit, please contact support@berklylane.com within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange. Returned items must be unused and shipped with valid tracking. While we will gladly process your exchange, shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Eligibility for Return:
All returned items must be unused, in original packaging, insured, and shipped with tracking within 14 days of delivery. Custom orders, special orders, clearance items, sale items, and bulk purchases of more than two units are non-refundable. Applicable handling or restocking fees may be deducted from refunds, and exchanges will be processed as quickly as possible once returns are received.

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are strictly non-returnable. This includes, but is not limited to, underwear, swimwear, intimate apparel, and personal items. Sale and clearance items may only be exchanged and are not eligible for refunds. Please review your selections carefully before purchasing these items.

Return Address:
The return address printed on your package is not valid for returns. Customers must contact support@berklylane.com to receive the correct return warehouse address before sending any items back. Returns sent to the wrong address may result in delays, and Berkly Lane cannot assume responsibility for items sent to unauthorized locations.

Material and Sizing Variations:
As part of our global sourcing, materials may vary slightly from images shown, and size tags may differ depending on production origin. These variations are expected and not considered defects, but rather a part of our commitment to providing globally sourced products.

Return Shipping & Condition of Returned Items:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. A trackable shipping service must be used, and proof of tracking should be retained until the return has been processed. Refunds or store credit will be issued within five business days of receiving the return, provided the item is in original condition. Refunds may take three to ten business days to appear in your account depending on your financial institution. Items that are used, damaged, or returned without required packaging will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Ordering Multiple Sizes:
We discourage customers from ordering multiple sizes of the same item with the intention of returning those that do not fit. Our support team at support@berklylane.com is available to provide detailed sizing guidance prior to purchase. If it is determined that multiple sizes were ordered for return purposes, refunds for extra sizes may be denied. Additionally, if a return is approved and the order originally qualified for free shipping, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from the refund (for example, $4.95 for U.S. orders and $7.99 for international orders).

Order Cancellation:
Orders may be canceled within 30 minutes of being placed. After this period, our fulfillment process begins immediately, and cancellations are not guaranteed. If your order has already entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled. While we will always make our best effort to accommodate requests, cancellations outside the 30-minute window are not guaranteed.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please submit photo or video evidence to support@berklylane.com within 14 days of delivery. Once verified, Berkly Lane will reship the correct item free of charge. Refunds are not provided for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items; replacement through free reshipment is the sole resolution agreed upon at purchase. By completing a purchase, customers agree to accept a free replacement as the exclusive remedy for defective or incorrect items.

Handling & Restocking Fees:
A restocking fee is applied to returns to cover handling costs. The fee is 10% for apparel (shirts, pants, shoes, coats, jackets, and accessories) and 15% for home décor. Restocking fees do not apply to exchanges unless otherwise specified.

Delivery Issues & Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address or another customer-related delivery issue, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of reshipping. If the customer declines reshipment, Berkly Lane will not issue a refund or accept liability for the value of the order.

International Returns:
Depending on product origin, some returns may need to be sent to our international warehouse. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. Customers in the UK and EU are covered under local consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Jurisdiction & Policy Enforcement:
To maintain fairness across all customers worldwide, Berkly Lane applies one uniform Return & Refund Policy. All disputes will be resolved exclusively under the laws applicable to Berkly Lane.

Arbitration and Chargebacks:
Customers agree that any disputes will be resolved through arbitration rather than chargebacks. Chargebacks are against our policy, and Berkly Lane reserves the right to dispute and contest all chargeback claims. By making a purchase, customers accept arbitration as the agreed resolution method.
