Return Window

Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for processing.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Include original tags and packaging
  • Be returned using a trackable shipping service
  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Berkly Lane is not responsible for lost or missing return packages.

Exchanges & Replacements

If you need a different size or style, please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery. Once your return is approved and tracking is provided, we’ll assist you with the exchange process.

Ordering Multiple Sizes

To reduce unnecessary returns, we encourage customers to review sizing information carefully before ordering. If you need help choosing the best fit, our support team is happy to assist.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of being placed. After this period, orders are processed quickly and can no longer be canceled.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at Support@BerklyLane.com with photos or videos showing the issue.

Once verified, we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or reshipment at no additional cost.
